This session was all about our talents and lever skills to complement our talents. I have included the template provided by miss Van den Bergh, filled in according to my talents and lever skills. In class we discussed them as well and we had to explain how these talents can be used professionally and how they add up.

I have been able to use my talents during

group tasks throughout the semesters.

I like to lead a group, which I did quite

often. I always tried to listen to other people's opinions, but I did try to let my view on specific tasks have priority. The second semester, I did all my tasks which I could choose together with Thomas Daelman, whom I can work together with excellently. I look up to his work ethic and together we have proven to be a really good team.
