Anyway, let's get down to business. Here you can find my SWOT analysis. Please find the description below, while the test driver will drive the car back to the home screen!
Well, here it is. My strengths are a combination of what I thought to be my strenghts, combined with the ones from the Pennsylvania University Strenghts test. I have a good study capacity, but that is a weakness at the same time. Why? Because I find myself underestimating the study material, of course that will not be profitable for good study results. However, I am very interested in the study matter, which makes this weakness a bit less important. The next five strengths are provided by the test and I must admit that I agree with them. Opportunities for me are to start assignments on time, keep up with the school work and focus on my planning. When I do that, I will persevere in my ambition to finish this educational programme in a profound way.
In contrast to my opportunities, I find it hard to keep up with my planning, also because I am quite easily distracted by stuff that interests me more. When I am not 100% interested, my focus is also <100%.

Skills required
This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree
A Masters Degree is preferred
PHR/SPHR certification is preferred
Experience required
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of continuous improvement/manufacturing or consumer packaged goods leadership experience, in combination with a broad knowledge, proven experience and demonstrated leadership skills in Labor Relations and/or Human Resources
This role also requires strong supervisory and/or operational managerial experience

Leadership skills, but none of the required skills, because they all expect some years of business experience. This can be obtained by doing an internship and staying at that particular country. I have already found some internships as well, namely at Ducati Motor Holding Company, Alfa Romeo (FCA Group) or at Piaggio Group, more specific at the Moto Guzzi company. As you can see I am highly interested in a job at the automotive/motorcycle industry.
