Welcome and a good day to whoever has taken the effort of reading my portfolio. First of all, let me introduce myself to you. My name is Lennard de Ridder, a Dutchman living in Ghent, Belgium. Why would you live in Belgium as a Dutchman, one might ask. The answer is quite plain and simple: I study International Business Management at Artevelde University College Ghent. I am twenty years old/young and I have an entire life in front of me. 

 

For the subject of Talent and Management Development we have to make a portfolio of all the different aspects we discussed in class. Under the header of portfolio you can find all the different parts of my portfolio. The header next to portfolio, resume, holds my CV. I hope you enjoy reading my portfolio.

 

To come back on the quote above, this is my life motto. I believe that if you want something, you have to work for it. That already starts in school and remains true until you retire. You have to build your own future and that can sometimes mean that you will be perceived as not too nice. However, this is part of the Dutch culture, we do not want to waste time, which is why we tend to say things as they are.
